  • (Peak) A Phase 3 Randomized Trial of CGT9486+Sunitinib vs. Sunitinib in Subjects With Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors

open to eligible people ages 18 years and up

This is a Phase 3, open-label, international, multicenter study of CGT9486 in combination with sunitinib. This is a multi-part study that will enroll approximately 426 patients. Part 1 consists of two evaluations: 1) confirming the dose of an updated formulation of CGT9486 to be used in subsequent parts in approximately 20 patients who have received at least one prior line of therapy for GIST and 2) evaluating for drug-drug interactions between CGT9486 and sunitinib in approximately 18 patients who have received at least two prior tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) for GISTs. The second part of the study will enroll approximately 388 patients who are intolerant to, or who failed prior treatment with imatinib only and will compare the efficacy of CGT9486 plus sunitinib to sunitinib alone with patients being randomized in a 1:1 manner.

  • NG-641 in Combination With Nivolumab in Metastatic or Advanced Epithelial Tumours

open to eligible people ages 18 years and up

This is a phase 1a/1b, multicentre, open-label, non-randomized study of NG-641 in combination with nivolumab (or standard of care PD-1 inhibition) in patients with metastatic or advanced epithelial tumours. The purpose is to characterize the safety and tolerability of NG-641 in combination with nivolumab in patients with metastatic or advanced epithelial tumours and to determine the recommended dose of NG-641 in combination with nivolumab for further development in patients with metastatic or advanced epithelial tumours

  • FS118 in Patients With Advanced Malignancies

Sorry, in progress, not accepting new patients

This study will be conducted in adult participants diagnosed with advanced tumors to characterize the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and activity of FS118. This is a Phase 1/2, multi-center, open-label, multiple-dose, first-in-human study, designed to systematically assess safety and tolerability, to identify the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) for FS118 in participants with advanced tumors and to determine the efficacy of FS118 in participants with squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck (SCCHN) as monotherapy and in combination with paclitaxel. In addition to safety, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, immunogenicity and efficacy will also be assessed.
